Arts Martiaux Combat Montceau-les-Mines announces open house events

The Arts Martiaux Combat Montceau-les-Mines association is hosting open house days at the end of August to introduce the public to its various disciplines. Free sessions include self-defense on August 25 at 7:30 p.m., and cross-training sessions on August 24 at 5:30 p.m. and August 28 at 5:00 p.m.

Official activities will resume progressively between August 31 and September 10, during which individuals can try one or more of the seven offered disciplines for free. The association operates out of the Pouloux gymnasium, featuring a large dojo with a tatami area and an octagon. Classes are led by federally certified instructors specializing in martial arts, kobudo, muscle strengthening, and cardio training.
