Arturo Sandoval to headline Jazz'SAlive and Austin City Limits

Renowned trumpeter, pianist, and composer Arturo Sandoval is scheduled for high-profile performances in Texas. The musician will make his debut on Austin City Limits (ACL) for the show’s 52nd season. This performance will be available via a free worldwide livestream on the program’s YouTube channel on Friday, September 25th, providing an early preview of the episode before its scheduled PBS broadcast in January 2027.

Additionally, Sandoval will headline the 43rd annual Jazz’SAlive festival in San Antonio. His appearance at Civic Park at Hemisfair marks the only free date on his 2026 world tour. The festival also features NEA Jazz Master Delfeayo Marsalis and his Uptown Jazz Orchestra, alongside other artists such as Yuko Mabuchi and Magos Herrera.
