Aruba launches entrepreneurship masterclass to strengthen private sector

The Directorate of Economic Affairs, Trade and Industry (DEZHI) in Aruba, through its IDEA unit, is proceeding with Phase 3 of its Masterclass Entrepreneurship. The program, themed ‘Manage Your Business’, aims to strengthen the private sector by providing entrepreneurs with essential management tools and knowledge.

A workshop titled ‘Ready to Grow: Managing Your Finances & Employee Insurance’ is scheduled for September 29, 2026. The session is designed for both current and aspiring entrepreneurs, focusing on financial management and employer responsibilities regarding employee insurance.

Minister of Finance, Economic Affairs and Primary Sector, Geoffrey Wever, stated that providing access to practical information is vital for building a stable foundation for businesses. The initiative seeks to ensure entrepreneurs can make informed decisions that contribute to sustainable business growth.
