Arvind Kejriwal urges Indian government to focus on action, not suppress youth voices

Former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal accused the central government of fearing young people and using new measures to silence dissent. He claimed a recently introduced law obliges social‑media platforms to delete any post, article or video critical of the government within three hours of a request.

Kejriwal urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to direct the government’s energy toward constructive work rather than curbing online expression, warning that harsher suppression will only increase youth anger. He referenced recent protests at Jantar Mantar and a prior dispute with Meta India over the suspension of his account.
