Żarów hosts 11th Motor Enthusiasts Gathering

The town of Żarów in southwestern Poland held the eleventh edition of its annual Motor Enthusiasts Meeting at the municipal market. Dozens of historic, collectible, military and sport vehicles were displayed, including classic models such as the Fiat 126p, Fiat 125p and Polonez, as well as off‑road and specialty cars.

Organisers highlighted the range of attractions: visitors could view the vehicles up close, sit behind the wheels, and take part in contests like tire‑throwing and timed tire‑rolling. Family‑friendly activities included inflatables, workshops and animation shows. Bogdan Mucha of the Żarów Historical Chamber praised the good weather and high turnout, noting that “we have a multum of participants each year” and emphasizing the variety of terrain, military, and domestic‑production vehicles on show.
