Aryana Trevino Martinez, 2, Found Dead in San Antonio After AMBER Alert

A 2‑year‑old girl, Aryana Trevino Martinez, was reported missing on Sunday night from the 4700 block of Allegheny Drive in northwest San Antonio, Texas. The San Antonio Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety activated an AMBER Alert and organized a community search that involved dozens of volunteers and emergency crews.

Early Monday morning officers located the child unresponsive near a water‑filled creek area off Belle Ellen Drive, close to where she had been seen last. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office is conducting an investigation into the cause and manner of death, and no further details have been released.

Authorities have cancelled the AMBER Alert and continue to seek information about how the toddler ended up in the creek. The investigation remains ongoing.
