As I Lay Dying announces self-titled album for February 2027

Metalcore band As I Lay Dying has announced that their self-titled album will be released on February 5, 2027, through Napalm Records. The announcement includes the release of two new singles, “Polarized” and “Retribution,” which are intended to showcase the musical spectrum of the record. “Polarized” is described as a more melodic and accessible track, while “Retribution” follows a darker, faster, and more aggressive direction.

The upcoming album represents a significant turning point for the group, serving as the first full-length release following a major lineup restructuring in late 2024. Tim Lambesis remains the sole founding member, now joined by Chris Clancy, Bill Hudson, Don Vedda, and Tim Yeung.

Production for the album was handled by Chris Clancy and Tim Lambesis. The track “No Way Out” features guest vocals from CJ McCreery of Immortal Disfigurement. The band is scheduled to tour North America in late 2026.
