As Irmãs podcast premieres on Amazon Music

The documentary podcast ‘As Irmãs’, created by Chico Felitti and Marianna Muradas, premieres on Amazon Music on August 12. The six-episode series follows the true story of Silmara Sebastião, who reunited with her Brazilian family more than three decades after being adopted by a French couple.

After losing contact with her biological family following her mother's death in the 1980s, Silmara used adoption records and a DNA test to locate a sister who was also searching for her. The series explores themes of identity, family, and belonging through their investigation and eventual reunion.

The first two episodes will be available upon release, with subsequent episodes arriving weekly. The series will have a three-week period of exclusivity on Amazon Music before being released on other podcast platforms.
