AS Monaco Volleyball unveils new women's team performance project

AS Monaco Volleyball has unveiled a new performance project for its women’s team aimed at reaching the highest levels of French volleyball and competing for titles by 2030. Developed in partnership with the Swiss agency Sideline, the initiative introduces a significant structural shift, increasing training frequency from twice per week to ten sessions per week to create a high-performance environment for both amateur and professional players.

Head Coach Filipe Lacerda emphasized the importance of team connection as a key component of the new strategy. To support the project's infrastructure and logistics, Hyundai is providing vehicles for player travel, while Pierre & Vacances is supplying accommodation for players and coaching staff.
