Filipe Luís successfully debuted as the manager of AS Monaco with a 3-2 away victory against Górnik Zabrze in the Conference League playoffs. Goals for Monaco were scored by Mika Biereth, Lamine Camará, and Brunner.

Despite the win, Monaco faced defensive challenges, allowing Górnik Zabrze to narrow the gap through a goal by Prekop. Monaco now holds a significant advantage heading into the second leg at home on Thursday, October 27, where a draw will be sufficient to secure qualification for the league stage.
