AS Roma appoints John Galantic as new CEO

AS Roma issued an official communiqué confirming the appointment of John Galantic as the club’s Chief Executive Officer, filling the vacancy left by Lina Souloukou after almost two years. The Swiss‑American executive of Italian origin previously held senior roles at Tod’s and Chanel and served on the board of Ferrari.

Galantic’s arrival is timed with the club’s return to the Champions League and the launch of centenary celebrations that began on 22 July. In the same announcement the Friedkin family disclosed a multiyear partnership with fashion label Dsquared2, which will design the team’s formal and casual uniforms.

The appointment and the fashion deal underline AS Roma’s strategy of combining sporting ambitions with commercial and branding initiatives.
