AS Roma coach praises youth talent after victory over Cagliari

AS Roma manager Gian Piero Gasperini expressed satisfaction with his team's character following a challenging 4-2 victory against Cagliari in Serie A. Gasperini noted that the team faced significant difficulties due to fatigue in the midfield and the absence of key players Paulo Dybala and Koné.

The coach highlighted the importance of the win and specifically praised the contributions of academy players Luli and Pizili, who scored the first two goals. He also commended goalkeeper Gollini for his performance after stepping in for the injured starter Svilar.

Gasperini emphasized the talent within the Roma academy, noting that the young players demonstrated great coordination and a deep connection to the club.
