AS Roma eyes loan of Brazilian striker Endrick

Italian club AS Roma is evaluating a loan deal for 19‑year‑old Brazilian forward Endrick, who is currently under contract with Real Madrid. The club plans to bring the player in for the 2026/27 season to add depth to its attack, which already includes Artem Dovbyk and other targets such as Crysencio Summerville. Endrick returned to Madrid after a season on loan at Lyon, where he made 21‑24 appearances, scored eight goals and provided several assists. Roma’s management believes a loan, possibly with a fee similar to the €1 million paid by Lyon, would give the striker more playing time and help the team compete for domestic and European spots. Real Madrid has indicated it does not intend to sell Endrick permanently at this stage, preferring a temporary move that could increase his market value. The transfer discussion reflects Roma’s broader strategy to strengthen its forward line while managing financial constraints.
