AS Roma prepares for Serie A match against Cagliari

AS Roma is preparing to host Cagliari at the Stadio Olimpico for their ninth Serie A fixture. Following a recent draw against Napoli, manager Gian Piero Gasperini is expected to implement squad rotations to manage player fatigue.

Key developments include a potential return for Paulo Dybala, who will undergo a fitness test to determine if he can join the bench after missing three matches. Other players, including Koné, Pellegrini, and goalkeeper Svilar, remain unavailable. The projected lineup features a 3-4-2-1 formation, with Gollini likely starting in goal and Rodrigo Mora a candidate for a starting role in the attacking midfield alongside Matías Soulé.

Roma currently sits in third place in the standings with 18 points, while Cagliari occupies ninth place with 13 points.
