Italian club AS Roma is targeting West Ham winger Crysencio Summerville, valuing the 24‑year‑old at €35‑40 million. The club needs a left‑side attacker after Stefano El Shaarawy’s departure and faces competition from Leeds United, which has the finances to match Roma’s offer.

At the same time, Roma is under pressure to generate roughly €60 million in capital gains by 30 June to comply with UEFA’s Financial Fair Play rules. Argentine winger Matías Soule, valued at €40 million, has attracted interest from Premier League side Aston Villa, who are prepared to meet the asking price.
