AS Roma pursues Richard Ríos from Benfica

AS Roma is actively pursuing Colombian midfielder Richard Ríos as the European transfer window approaches its close. The Italian club is seeking to bolster its midfield following the departure of several players in that position since May.

Sporting director Tony D’Amico has reportedly initiated contact with the player's representatives and submitted an initial proposal to Benfica to gauge the feasibility of a deal.
