ASA and América announce new player signings for 2027

Brazilian football clubs ASA and América have announced new signings as they prepare their rosters for the 2027 season.

ASA has confirmed the acquisition of 31-year-old goalkeeper Gabriel Oliveira and defender Marcelo. Oliveira, who was named the best goalkeeper in the Campeonato Gaúcho in 2026, brings experience from clubs such as São Luiz-RS, Brasil de Pelotas, and Treze-PB. The club is building its squad to compete in the Campeonato Alagoano, Copa Alagoas, Copa do Brasil, Copa do Nordeste, and the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C.

América has secured left-back Rafinha on loan from Sport. The 20-year-old player, a native of Natal, previously won the Campeonato Pernambucano in 2025 and 2026. Rafinha joins other confirmed players for the 2027 season, including Caio Hila, Dudu Figueiredo, Vinni Faria, Renzo, and Luiz Thiago. The club's pre-season is scheduled to begin on November 16.
