Asaduddin Owaisi demands public release of Ram temple donation theft report

AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi has called for the public release of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) report regarding the theft of donations at the Ayodhya Ram temple. Owaisi stated that the public's faith has been mocked and questioned why the report remains undisclosed despite an FIR being registered and eight individuals being arrested in connection with the theft.

The controversy follows a major leadership overhaul at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. The trust recently appointed retired Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra as its first CEO and Govind Dev Giri as the new general secretary. This restructuring comes after the Uttar Pradesh Home Department handed the SIT's final report to the trust for further action following allegations that crores of rupees were stolen.
