Asake reportedly submits projects for 2027 Grammy consideration

Nigerian Afrobeats artist Asake has reportedly submitted several projects for consideration for the 2027 Grammy Awards. The submissions include his album ‘M$NEY’, which is reportedly being considered for Album of the Year and Best Global Music Album.

Specific tracks have also been entered into various categories. The song ‘Gratitude’ is reportedly submitted for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best African Music Performance. His collaboration with Wizkid, ‘Jogodo’, is reportedly seeking consideration for Best African Music Performance, while his track ‘Worship’, a collaboration with DJ Snake, has been submitted for Best Dance Pop Recording.

These entries represent submissions for consideration rather than official nominations. The Recording Academy must complete its voting process to determine the final nominees, with official announcements expected in November.
