Asante Kotoko SC urged to involve regional personalities in fan mobilization

Ghanaian actress and television host Nana Ama McBrown has urged the management of Asante Kotoko SC to better engage prominent personalities from the Ashanti Region to assist with fan mobilization and club activities.

McBrown, a known supporter of the Kumasi-based club, noted that while she serves as a brand ambassador for Hisense Ghana—a partner of Asante Kotoko—the current level of involvement has not met expectations. She emphasized that for any contribution to be effective, engagement must come directly from the club’s management rather than individual team members.

She suggested that the club should adopt a broader approach by creating platforms for influential figures in the region to contribute their influence toward the growth and promotion of the club.
