Ascentage Pharma to present clinical data at 2026 ASH Annual Meeting
Ascentage Pharma has announced that several of its clinical and preclinical research advancements have been selected for presentation at the 68th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting. The company will showcase data regarding four key products: olverembatinib, lisoclapide, APG-5918, and APG-3288.
A highlight of the presentation includes an oral report on APG-5918, an EED inhibitor. This first-in-human Phase 1 study will disclose efficacy and safety data for treating relapsed/refractory T-cell lymphoma (R/R TCL). Early clinical results have shown encouraging anti-tumor activity and manageable safety profiles in patients with limited treatment options.
Additionally, the company will present combination therapy data for olverembatinib and lisoclapide. These studies cover various hematologic malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), across both adult and pediatric populations. The research aims to validate new chemotherapy-free strategies for treating refractory blood tumors.
