Ascoli and Reggina announce key player signings and contract renewal in Serie B

Ascoli midfielder Samuele Damiani, a 1998‑born player who helped the club gain promotion to Serie B, has been working on a personalized recovery program after missing the summer friendlies. The club sees him as a central figure for the present and future and is negotiating a contract extension that would keep him beyond the current season’s expiry.

Reggina have completed two permanent signings. Defender Edoardo Lancini, a veteran of multiple promotions, joins to strengthen the back line. Midfielder Alberto Acquadro, also experienced in achieving promotions across lower divisions, arrives to add depth to the midfield.
