Ascoli Piceno hosts antique market and theatre season launch

Ascoli Piceno is hosting two significant cultural events this month. The Mercatino Antiquario returns on September 19 and 20, featuring 200 exhibitors showcasing antiques, vintage clothing, collectibles, and local craftsmanship. The market will be held in Piazza del Popolo, the Chiostro di San Francesco, Corso Trieste, and Piazza Roma.

Additionally, the Teatro Ventidio Basso has announced the sale of new season subscriptions starting September 22. The upcoming season includes performances by Ambra Angiolini, Anna Ferzetti, and a production of ‘Singin’ in the Rain’. Subscriptions are available for both prose and youth programs, with sales taking place at the theater's temporary ticket office in Piazza Arringo.
