The fourth ASEAN-China Judicial Forum opened on October 10 in Da Nang, Vietnam. The event serves as a high-level dialogue mechanism between the supreme courts of ASEAN member states and the Supreme People's Court of China.

Under the theme ‘Strengthening regional judicial cooperation in the context of international integration and the digital age’, approximately 130 delegates participated. The forum focuses on exchanging experiences, sharing initiatives, and enhancing cooperation in areas such as crime prevention, commercial dispute resolution, and civil matters.

Lê Minh Trí, a member of the Politburo and Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, delivered the welcoming remarks. He emphasized that judicial cooperation is vital for building trust, protecting justice, and providing a legal foundation for regional development. The forum also addresses emerging legal challenges arising from increased cross-border civil and commercial relations and the digital era.
