ASEP clarifies exam material usage and outlines new public sector recruitments

ASEP President Thanos Papaioannou has addressed various aspects of the Greek public sector recruitment process, including delays in healthcare hiring and upcoming job proclamations. Papaioannou noted that certain recruitment processes, such as those involving special experience scoring, take longer to process results compared to standard written exams.

Regarding upcoming vacancies, ASEP has submitted a proclamation for 3,262 Mandatory Education (YE) positions to the National Printing House. A proclamation for positions for persons with disabilities is expected to be sent to relevant authorities by the end of October, followed by a complex proclamation for approximately 4,100 Secondary Education (DE) positions.

Additionally, ASEP has clarified the rules regarding the use of its Knowledge Topics Registry. The Authority stated that third-party developers are permitted to use the questions and answers from the registry for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including the creation of training applications, without prior administrative permission. However, developers must adhere to six specific conditions, including clearly stating the official source to ensure users do not confuse private applications with official ASEP services.
