Ash Sutton and Adam Morgan secure victories at BTCC Knockhill

In the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) races at Knockhill, Ash Sutton and Adam Morgan secured significant victories.

In the first race of the day, Adam Morgan led teammate Dan Rowbottom to a 1-2 finish for Plato Racing. Starting from pole position, Morgan maintained a commanding lead despite wet conditions and a safety car period caused by contact between Lewis Gilbert and Josh Cook. Rowbottom followed to secure the team's first double victory.

In the second race, Ash Sutton secured a win after advancing from 11th on the grid. Sutton took the lead on lap 11 by overtaking Rowbottom. The race saw several incidents, including irreparable damage to Tom Ingram's car following a collision with Gordon Shedden. While Morgan and Rowbottom dominated the early stages of the day, Sutton's performance further bolstered his championship standing.
