South African Premier Division club Stellenbosch FC confirmed the permanent signings of defender Given Msimango and striker Ashley du Preez from Kaizer Chiefs for the 2026‑27 season. Msimango, 29, arrived at Chiefs from TS Galaxy in 2023‑24 and made 53 appearances across all competitions. Du Preez, also 29, spent four seasons with Chiefs, scoring 19 goals and providing six assists in 96 matches and helping the team lift the 2025 Nedbank Cup.
