Ashley Furniture completes digital transformation with Nimble Evolution

Ashley Furniture, an American home furniture manufacturer and retailer, has completed a comprehensive digital transformation and operational evolution supported by Nimble Evolution. The initiative aimed to increase scalability, predictability, and governance through process restructuring, the adoption of advanced metrics, and the modernization of global product management.

The project involved migrating more than 800 users and dozens of teams from Azure DevOps to Jira. Beyond the tool migration, Nimble Evolution conducted a detailed diagnostic of the furniture manufacturer's operations through strategic interviews and collaborative workshops to address gaps in planning and execution.

As a result, Ashley Furniture implemented a complete redesign of its internal processes, leading to clearer roles, standardized global team operations, and increased operational maturity. The implementation of Jira Product Discovery has also helped structure the flow of ideas and prioritize the company's innovation portfolio.
