Ashley St. Clair claims she rejected $40M NDA from Elon Musk

At the Venice Film Festival, Ashley St. Clair, mother of one of Elon Musk’s children, revealed that she rejected an alleged $40 million non-disclosure agreement (NDA) intended to ensure her silence regarding her relationship with the billionaire. St. Clair, who shares a son with Musk, stated that she chose to participate in Alex Gibney’s new documentary, 'Musk', to set an example for her children that truth is more important than material comfort.

In the documentary, St. Clair also alleged that Musk sent her a message expressing a desire to have a 'legion of children before the civil war.' She further criticized Musk’s influence on the X platform, claiming he is deliberately stoking social divisions.

Elon Musk has denied the existence of the $40 million offer, labeling St. Clair’s claims as false. Musk also criticized the documentary, describing it as a 'boring' and 'defamatory' hit piece. The film, which explores Musk’s personal and professional life, is scheduled for a U.S. theatrical release in October.
