Ashley St. Clair shares photo of son amid Elon Musk dispute

Ashley St. Clair has shared a rare photograph of her son, Romulus, to mark his second birthday. The black-and-white image, posted to Instagram Stories, shows St. Clair walking with the toddler along a beach.

The post follows public comments made by St. Clair at the Venice Film Festival regarding her relationship with Elon Musk. St. Clair claimed she rejected an alleged $40 million non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to ensure she could speak publicly about their family dynamics and participate in Alex Gibney’s documentary, ‘Musk’. She described the proposed arrangement as $15 million upfront with monthly payments totaling approximately $39 million over 20 years. Musk has denied that such an offer was ever made, stating that St. Clair has a history of making false claims.

In addition to the dispute over the NDA, St. Clair has filed for sole custody of Romulus, alleging that Musk has been largely absent from the child's life. The legal and personal tensions have been further complicated by claims regarding the family's recognition of the child.
