Asia Argento and Giuseppe Cruciani exchange jokes at Rome event

During the presentation of the second season of the Amazon Prime Video production ‘Roast in Peace’ at Rome’s Teatro della Cometa, Asia Argento and Giuseppe Cruciani engaged in a humorous exchange regarding personal hygiene.

The banter began after host Michela Giraud jokingly suggested a potential romantic connection between Argento and Cruciani. Cruciani immediately dismissed the idea, leading Argento to state that she is a ‘maniaca dell’igiene’ (hygiene maniac), implying their lifestyles would be incompatible. Cruciani recounted a private comment from Argento where she allegedly told him that despite his intelligence, ‘non te lavi’ (you don’t wash).

Cruciani, who has previously stated that he only showers a few times a week and expressed a dislike for ‘too clean’ people, joked that he had made an exception to his routine for the event. Argento quipped that he only washed because he was turning 60, while Giraud added a joke involving Fedez, who was also in attendance.
