Asia releases new single ‘Arcadia’ ahead of upcoming album Indigo

The British progressive rock supergroup Asia has released a new music video for the single ‘Arcadia’. The track is part of their upcoming 14th studio album, titled Indigo, which is scheduled for release on November 6 via the Frontiers label.

Indigo marks the band's first studio album in 12 years, following 2014's Gravitas. The new record features a revamped lineup led by co-founder Geoff Downes, joined by Harry Whitley on bass and lead vocals, John Mitchell on guitar, and Virgil Donati on drums.

The album serves as a bridge to the band's history, incorporating unfinished compositions by the late frontman John Wetton, who passed away in 2017. Downes noted that the concept for ‘Arcadia’ had been a recurring theme for the band for decades. The album artwork is designed by illustrator Roger Dean.
