Asiama releases new single ‘No Place’ following music award win

Singer Asiama, born Emmanuel Asiamah Mensah, has released a new single titled ‘No Place’. The track, released on 3 September 2026, is a cinematic work performed entirely with live instrumentation.

Following his win for Best Male Vocal Performance at the 2026 Telecel Ghana Music Awards, the Kumasi-born artist uses the song to explore themes of home and heritage. The music blends traditional Ashanti drumming with Ghanaian Highlife, asakaa, trap soul, and alternative R&B. The production was handled by multi-instrumentalist Kwame Yeboah, who served as producer, engineer, and mixer.
