Asian Legends League Season 2 launches in Lusaka, Zambia

The second edition of the Asian Legends League (ALL) began on July 30 at the Lotus Sports Club Ground in Lusaka, Zambia. Six country‑based franchises composed of former international cricketers – Indian Royals, Pakistan Panthers, Sri Lankan Lions, Afghanistan Pathans, Bangladesh Tigers and Rest of Asian Stars – will contest 19 T20 matches, with the final scheduled for August 10.

The opening match featured the Sri Lankan Lions against the Afghanistan Pathans. All games are being broadcast in India on Sony Sports Network as part of a three‑season partnership, with live streaming available on the FanCode app and website. The tournament aims to showcase legendary players such as Shikhar Dhawan, Mohammad Hafeez, Thisara Perera, Mohammad Shahzad, Shakib Al Hasan and Suresh Raina.
