Asian logistics company expands to Unna, Germany

An expanding logistics company from Asia has leased approximately 9,000 square meters of warehouse space in Unna, Germany. According to real estate broker Ruhr Real, this marks the company's first location in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, as it has previously operated exclusively in eastern Germany.

The facility, located on Otto-Hahn-Straße, comprises 8,800 square meters of hall space and 200 square meters of office space. The move follows a structural optimization by the sublessor, L-Shop Team GmbH, which is freeing up the area. The new tenant is scheduled to move in by August 2026.

Key factors in the selection of the Unna site include its proximity to the A1 and A44 motorways and its existing technical infrastructure, such as installed shelving systems and multiple loading ramps, which allow for a rapid start of operations.
