Japan hosts sports events and Asian Games merchandise sales

Various sports and lifestyle events are scheduled across Japan for late 2026. In Kobe, Asics is partnering with Vissel Kobe to host a running event on October 24, 2026. Participants will engage in a 3km group run around Noevir Stadium Kobe using Asics footwear, followed by a football match. Additionally, Vissel Kobe has launched a project to invite 2,000 high school students from Hyogo Prefecture to home games for free via a lottery system.

Regarding the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, official licensed merchandise is being made available through multiple channels. This includes 86 total shops, such as the Ichinomiya City General Gymnasium, and a temporary official license shop opening at JR Nagoya Takashimaya from September 30 to October 6, 2026.

Other local activities include the RUN TRY FESTA 2026 in the Suma area of Kobe on October 3, where runners can test various brands of footwear and supplements, and a luxury legwear fair for Pierre Mantoux at JR Nagoya Takashimaya starting September 30.
