ASISA and Allianz Argentina expand home insurance offerings

Insurance companies ASISA and Allianz Argentina are expanding their home insurance offerings with specialized products and updated coverage options.

In Spain, ASISA has launched its first range of home insurance, titled ASISA Hogar. The product line is segmented into three distinct profiles: homeowners, landlords, and tenants. The offerings include essential coverage as well as comprehensive plans that feature legal, technological, and emotional protection, alongside coverage for issues like illegal occupation and theft outside the home.

In Argentina, Allianz Argentina has updated its Allianz Hogar product to increase flexibility and competitiveness. The new updates include coverage for modern household items such as air fryers, robot vacuums, and espresso machines, as well as portable electronics like tablets and bicycles. The company has also expanded its eligibility to include various construction types, such as container and wood framing homes, and added optional coverage for solar panels and solar water heaters.
