Łask Public Transport Converted to Limited Liability Company with New Board

The municipal bus operator in Łask has been restructured from a budget‑run entity into a commercial limited‑liability company named Łaska Komunikacja Miejska sp. z o.o. The change implements the city council’s plan to modernise local transport management and place it under commercial law. Tomasz Kazek, an expert in public procurement and municipal services, has been appointed President of the Board and will oversee daily operations and the transition. A new Supervisory Council has also been installed, comprising Agnieszka Starzyńska, a seasoned corporate lawyer; Jarosław Olszewski, a finance and supervisory specialist; and Przemysław Nowak, a professional with expertise in both law and enterprise management. The city authorities emphasized that the restructuring is administrative and does not affect the continuity of bus services for passengers.
