ASKO Féminine draws 0-0 against Dynamique FC in Champions League qualifier

ASKO Féminine, the champions of Togo, opened their UFOA-B Women's Champions League qualifying tournament with a 0-0 draw against Benin's Dynamique FC at the Stade du 4 Août.

Despite early pressure from the Togolese side, Dynamique FC utilized counter-attacks to test the defense. ASKO goalkeeper Nadjombé Afissatou played a crucial role in maintaining the clean sheet, particularly with a key save in the 69th minute. While both teams struggled with clinical finishing, ASKO captain Lucia Zegbla was named ‘Woman of the Match’ for her defensive performance.

Following the draw, ASKO remains in contention for the semi-finals. To qualify, the Kara-based club needs a favorable result in their upcoming match against Burkina Faso's USFA, where the Burkinabé side currently leads the group with 3 points.
