ASL Brindisi presents home care innovation at Rome Future Week

The integrated home care model of ASL Brindisi was presented at Rome Future Week 2026 as a concrete example of innovation in territorial healthcare. Laura De Rocco, who serves as the service's IT System Coordinator, shared the decade-long experience of the program during a roundtable discussion titled ‘The data that saves time (and care)’.

Since December 2016, the service has utilized ADIGest, a platform developed by THCS – Telemedicine for Health Care Solutions, to support the entire care pathway. The system facilitates structured information collection, data continuity, monitoring of care paths, and activity planning.

The service currently manages approximately 3,000 assisted individuals per month, conducting about 1,500 home visits daily and providing roughly 500,000 services annually.
