Aslıhan Moralı crowned Miss Universe Canada 2026

Aslıhan Moralı, a 28-year-old Canadian of Turkish descent, has been crowned Miss Universe Canada 2026. The competition, held in Windsor, Ontario, saw Moralı emerge victorious among 35 contestants.

Born in Edremit, Turkey, Moralı immigrated to Canada with her family at the age of six. Her background includes overcoming childhood financial hardships and working in various sectors, including textile cleaning and retail, before becoming a health administrator. She previously spent approximately six years working at McMaster Children's Hospital.

Moralı expressed deep gratitude to the Turkish community for their support and noted the significance of representing both parts of her identity. She will represent Canada at the Miss Universe 2026 international competition.
