Asmel announces large-scale municipal recruitment drive

Asmel has launched its 5th Maxi Avviso, a large-scale recruitment initiative for local government positions in Italy. The program aims to create and update 39 lists of eligible candidates for both fixed-term and permanent employment within participating municipalities.

The recruitment covers a wide range of educational requirements. The Expert Operator area includes roles such as administrative, technical-maintenance, and operational staff, where completion of compulsory schooling and specific qualifications or experience may suffice. The Instructor area generally requires a high school diploma for roles in accounting, IT, and security. The Officials and High Qualification area requires university degrees for specialized positions including social workers, lawyers, engineers, and agronomists.

Notably, ten professional profiles—including roles such as school bus drivers, plumbers, electricians, gardeners, and administrative collaborators—are accessible to candidates who have completed compulsory schooling but do not hold a high school diploma, provided they possess specific certifications or relevant work experience.

Applications must be submitted online via the Asmelab platform between 12:00 on September 15 and 12:00 on September 30, 2026. In the Puglia region, 212 member municipalities, representing approximately 83% of the region's local authorities, are eligible to utilize these lists.
