Asociación Parque Cordillera announces new staff roles and tourism activities

The Asociación Parque Cordillera (APC) has announced several initiatives focused on environmental conservation and tourism in the Santiago precordillera.

To support its network of parks, the association is recruiting Environmental Monitors and Park Ranger Support staff. These roles are designed to facilitate environmental education, assist visitors, and manage daily park operations, including maintenance, trail guidance, and public service. Applications are being accepted through the APC employment portal.

Additionally, the association will celebrate World Tourism Day with a special program from September 25 to 27. The festivities include guided excursions, bird watching, a full moon night event, and a photography exhibition. A central event will take place on September 26 at Parque La Plaza Sur in Las Condes, featuring native species planting, trekking opportunities, and various stands from local tourism and environmental entities.
