Asolo hosts conference on wine and enogastronomic tourism

A conference in Asolo will focus on the intersection of enogastronomic tourism and wine, aiming to transform wine from a simple product into an experiential tool that highlights the local landscape and community. Scheduled for September 18 at Hangar-La Fornace, the event is supported by the Municipality of Asolo and the Consorzio di Tutela Vini Asolo Montello.

Local officials, including Mayor Franco Dalla Rosa and Michele Noal, President of the Consorzio di Tutela Vini Asolo Montello, emphasized that modern wine tourism must go beyond cellar tours. The goal is to create immersive experiences that connect visitors with the territory, fostering innovation and new professional skills in the hospitality and agricultural sectors.
