An investigation into the Asp di Cosenza has raised questions regarding the allocation of funds for professional training and event organization. Deliberative acts indicate that approximately 600,000 euros have been estimated over a 24-month period for design, implementation, and delivery of training courses and educational events.

Reports suggest that J&B srl, a company based in Rende led by Daniele Perrelli, is currently the sole organizer of official events for the Asp di Cosenza. The company reportedly receives direct, below-threshold assignments under the same Responsible Officer (RUP), Engineer Raffaele Rosignuolo. The company provides services not only to the Asp and the Cosenza Hospital but also to other local health agencies.
