ASP Trapani supports new Faculty of Medicine project

The Provincial Health Authority (ASP) of Trapani has expressed support for a project to establish a Faculty of Medicine in the Trapani area. Sabrina Pulvirenti, the extraordinary commissioner of ASP Trapani, stated that the agency is prepared to provide hospital facilities, local services, and institutional support to facilitate the development of university healthcare training in the province.

The proposal was advanced by the Mayor of Trapani, Giacomo Tranchida, during a program agreement signing at the Cittadella della Salute. The initiative aims to create a shared path between public institutions to expand university offerings for local youth, focusing on medicine and other healthcare professions.
