Aspire opens third lounge at Manchester Airport

Aspire Pre-Flight Hospitality, a subsidiary of Swissport International AG, has opened its third passenger lounge at Manchester Airport in Terminal 2. The new facility offers 300 seats and features specialized zones for dining, families, and private work areas.

Designed to cater to both private and business travelers regardless of flight class, the lounge provides a quiet environment away from the main departures area. The interior design incorporates artwork and finishes inspired by Manchester’s industrial heritage. Access to the lounge is available for a fee of approximately £47 for adults.

This expansion is part of a broader growth strategy for Aspire, which includes recent or planned openings in Liverpool, Birmingham, Stockholm-Arlanda, Geneva, Marrakesh, Calgary, and Vilnius. The company aims to complement Swissport’s existing ground handling and cargo logistics services with high-margin terminal hospitality offerings.
