Aspiring educators pursue specialized training and academic honors

Aspiring educators in Romania and Moldova are pursuing specialized training and academic recognition to prepare for teaching careers.

Dinuța Beica, a graduate of Petru Maior University in Târgu Mureș with specializations in Primary and Pre-school Pedagogy and Public Relations, is participating in the ‘School of Young Trusted Teachers’ project organized by the Școala Încrederii Association. Beica emphasizes the necessity of continuous learning to remain relevant to student needs and utilizes workshops to gain practical experience in working with children.

In Moldova, Dorina Guțu, a pedagogy student at ‘Ion Creangă’ State Pedagogical University, has been named one of 12 recipients of the ‘Republic Scholarship’ for the 2026-2027 academic year. Guțu’s recognition stems from her scientific research, participation in Erasmus+ academic mobilities in Bucharest and Warsaw, and her involvement in various volunteer campaigns organized by the Ministry of Education and Research.
