ASPPI holds provincial congresses in Reggio Emilia and Naples
The Association of Small Real Estate Owners (ASPPI) held provincial congresses in Reggio Emilia and Naples to address housing policy and energy transition challenges.
In Reggio Emilia, the XII Provincial Congress focused on the housing plan and the financial burden of European Union energy efficiency mandates. Maria Carmen Consolini, President of ASPPI Reggio Emilia, emphasized that mandatory energy upgrades could cost small owners tens of thousands of euros, requesting greater support and incentives to manage these transitions.
In Naples, during the VII Provincial Congress, Raffaello Lerro was reconfirmed as president. Lerro called for more effective housing policies, specifically urging the government to introduce the ‘cedolare secca’ tax regime for commercial properties and to expand the possibility of agreed-rent contracts across the entire national territory.
