ASSA ABLOY celebrates 100 years of IKON brand in Berlin

ASSA ABLOY recently celebrated the 100th anniversary of its IKON brand with a two-day event held on September 10 and 11 at its production site in Berlin. The celebration included approximately 250 partnership customers and involved around 850 employees and family members.

During the event, Berlin's Governing Mayor Kai Wegner delivered a greeting, and the company performed a groundbreaking ceremony for a new logistics center. The anniversary program featured factory tours, insights into manufacturing processes, and presentations on security innovations, such as the CLIQ product group. Keynote speakers addressed the integration of digital and physical security, as well as the importance of teamwork.
